The term, “User,” shall hereinafter refer to any individual purchasing the HealthCare Portfolio™.

Town & Country HCP, LLC does not sell advertising. Their strict Privacy Policy prohibits the rent, trade, sale, loan, or lease of any customer information under any circumstances.  Any information User provides Town & Country HCP, LLC will be held in the utmost care, will never be shared with a third party, and will not be used in ways User has not specifically requested.

The HealthCare Portfolio™ is a registered trademark of Town & Country HCP, LLC of Massachusetts (“Town & Country”). User hereby acknowledge that Town & Country’s HealthCare Portfolio™ is protected by copyright as well as other intellectual property laws, and agrees that it is intended for User’s individual use only, and may not be copied, distributed or disseminated without the expressed written consent of Town & Country.  Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Town & Country’s HealthCare Portfolio™ is a supplemental personal health records organizer.  User agrees that under no circumstances is the HealthCare Portfolio™ intended to be a substitute for or to replace the medical advice of User’s healthcare professional or the medical records maintained by User’s healthcare provider(s).  User hereby acknowledges and understands that while Town & Country has made every effort to ensure that their Portfolio system is comprehensive, HealthCare Portfolio™ is provided “as is” with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy or timeliness. User shall therefore not hold Town & Country liable or responsible for any results or loss or damages that in any way may arise from any errors or omissions in connection with the use or the performance of the HealthCare Portfolio™.  Further, User agrees that Town & Country shall not be held liable to User or their assigns or any third party utilizing the HealthCare Portfolio™, including but not limited to general, special, consequential or incidental loss or damages arising from the use of the HealthCare Portfolio™.  User agrees to always consult User’s physician(s) or other medical professionals for professional advice concerning any medical conditions or issues User may have or are of concern.

User agrees that in no event will Town & Country HCP, LLC, partnerships or corporations, or the partners, agents, or employees thereof be liable to the User or anyone else for the theft, loss or damage of the USB HealthCare Portfolio™ Flash Drive nor other products purchased.
